Psychological hunger

Psychological hungerDaily anxiety and stress can make the body reach intolerable levels. Eating is one of the most frequently used strategies to reduce this anxiety and stress. However, food does not resolve our problems but rather, the guilt we feel because we were not able to control ourselves, increases the initial stress level and we continue to eat. This triggers a vicious circle of so-called "psychological hunger", a hunger that comes from psychological reasons and in which we eat without being hungry.
