The personal information given to the VITAinLINEA Group medical centres will be safeguarded according to Legislative Decree of June 30th 2003 No. 196. The Health Director is the person in charge of processing the patient data and the staff of these centres is authorized to process this data. The data can be anonymously kept and used for statistical, historical and scientific purposes according to law. We point out that in order to respect each individual patient, the staff will use the names of patients in the absence of other clients and fair distsances will be guaranteed.

Complaints

In cases of complaints, patients can act in the following ways:

  • a statement can be written and addressed to VITAinLINEA Group's directorate. The patient will receive a written answer within 30 days;
  • ask the reception for a meeting with the directorate, specifying the reason of the complaint;
  • a verbal statement addressed to any of the structure's operators, who will address a written statement to the directorate who, if deems appropriate, will implement appropriate corrective actions to improve the service.
